The web site says version 1.20, but as far as I can tell all the download links are still pointing to version 1.19.

We have not had a release announcement for 1.20 yet (Check the GUIDES forum for the latest release announcement), for what that’s worth.
At the web site, look for the link to older and ZIP versions, and follow that. It will take you to a page where you can download all available versions. 1.20 is there, at least.
Yes, the link should be fixed, but the announcement of release should also be made. Until that latter happens, you should regard 1.20 as unreleased, whatever that may mean under the circumstances.
Yes, I’ve found that out myself yesterday and notified Lucy (our liaison with the Chinese dev team which administers the site) yesterday, in a PM. But since it’s weekend I guess this will be solved on Monday.
However, if you’re looking for the real release of v.1.20 you can download it from the archive page of the BitComet site: http://www.bitcomet.com/doc/download-achive.htm.
It’s only the link on the main page that wasn’t properly updated.
