Download Speec different between Left top of window and inside window

HI, I’m new to this forum. I’ve posted this question somewhere, but no one seems to know whas happeing.

I am using Bitcomet 0.64. While downloading, the speed shown on top left handside is 24KB/s. But the download speed of all torrents inside the window adds up to be less than that. Sometimes total up to 20KB/s or sometimes as low as 10KB/s. Theres a few times I see 20KB/s, 14KB/s or 8KB/s on top but inside the window is not downloading at all.

I have tried BitComet 0.7 also. It is also having the same problem.

Can any one tell me what’s happening?
