i have an 256\64 connection DSL
the problem is that when i am downloading any file …
for example the speed changes so fast
it starts so slow and then suddenly 3KN & then suddenly 24kb and then 18 and then 5 and then 3 and then 19
it is making me mad
and it happens with all files
Have you capped your upload speed.
with 64 Kb/s you should cap the upload at 6 KB/s
also you might want to cap the downloads as well to help smooth out the transfers

i did capped my upload to 6 now what about my download ?

because i read the faqs and there is too much info i cant get it
The long version is in the guide. The short version is that your upload cap strongly affects your download speed, and you have been seeing the effects of having your upload uncapped or set way too high.
