Ive can see a lot of connection in my Peers section, both local and remote. but my dl is below 5kb. anyone know wats the problem?

Maybe you havent set an upload cap???

Oh and dont worry about portforwarding since your getting remote connections thats not the problem
Your download speed : 881 kbps or 110.2 KB/sec.
Your upload speed : 340 kbps or 42.5 KB/sec.
ive limited my Upload speed to 30kb/sec based on the stats reported. but im still downloading at below 10kb.
any other things i can do?
First of all if your on a DSL connection go ahead and bump your upload cap up to a nice even 32 KB/s.
Now is it slow for all torrents or just the one your downloading now???
-If it’s slow for all torrents then maybe your ISP filters p2p traffic,
in which case you should have Encryption set to Always enabled.
-If it’s slow for just this torrent then it is most likely that particular torrent.
What is the seed / peer ratio???
Also how much of the file do most of the peers have compared to what you have???
And make sure you’re using one of these 3 versions 0.68, 0.64, or 0.63. Start with the newest and work your way down. 
k, i get it nw. most of the them have below 60% completed, im at 60% too. thats explain it.
