I was downloading Glory of the Roman empire 40 kb/sek, then i shut down my computer and today the speed is only 1-4 kb/sek. I want my old speed back 
And.. My friends always talk, that they download over 60 kb/sek, but i download max 20 kb/sek. I have good connection.
I find your post quite confusing, as you start off referring to downloading at 40kB/s, then finish stating you never go above 20kB/s.
I suggest you go through our settings guide throughly, and post any specific questions you may have.
