This is the first time I`v used this so please bear with me
When I have no downloads or uploads I am still getting something. When I turn on opps and turn down/l & up/l to 1 max and press ok I still am getting down/l of 6 to 20kbs and up/l 7kbs when this should be 0kbs ?

If i reset the computr as well as Bit it still hapens
Is their any way to stope this
have run spy whear and Virus scans with nill

Are you saying your torrents are running when they are turned off?
are you using a different program to monitor your upload/download? or is bit comet reporting these figures to you?

its normal for some inbound connection attempts to continue after shutting down your client, but not with the bandwidth you report.

Its only happend in the last 2 weeks
