Why is that when i download, at health over 600%, i can only download between 2-20 kb/s ?? In my preferences menu i put download at auto and upload at 1kb/s (so that it won’t use all of my pc juice).

You’re being snubbed by the swarm because you aren’t shareing back. You have to give to receive. Set you upload limit at 80% of you max upload. And not it won’t suck up all you “pc juice.”

well i just put everything to the max and/or auto. and it deosn’t pass the 7kb/s but the the peers they upload at more than 20kb/s from me
If you upload your max possible, then your client will not respond to the requests fast enough, since all your upload bandwidth is being used for data.
This time do as we suggested.
Set your max upload to 80% of maximum, this will leave the remaining 20% to handle requests.
