downloads.xml missing...?

I was downloading perfectly fine one day, finished, shut down my PC and when I turned on my PC again and went to download again and an error message saying my …\Downloads.xml is missing.

Any ideas?

I am currently running 1.32 (64 Bit).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please make certain that you have an actual, repeatable defect before you report it as a bug.

This issue is a system problem, not a program bug, and is covered in the FAQ, including how to recover from it.
