The cinavia is digital rights management software that is in the players firmware. There has been some people who have managed to hack the firmware of the players to remove it but doing so would void the warranty of the player and this isn’t the right place to look for help with such a thing, you’d want to find a forum for hardware mods.
My advice is return the player and find one without cinavia, or get a network streaming device like Western Digital Live TV, or similar.
