BitComet has always worked for me up until now

I’m trying to download a few things and after trying to connect, the following error occurs:

"Error: Tracking Response Decoding Failed: Connection to tracker refused due to insufficient credits. in Tracker: http://tracker.tvtorrents.com/trackerserv…"

How can I fix this?

First, check their FAQ to see if they banned Bit Comet. If they did then use µTorrent.
