Hi everyone!
I have been using BitComet for about 6 years now. And I am a loyal BitComet user.
Well this is my first post at this forum and I wanted this post to be meaningful so I will try to give an honest feedback to the support team.
People around me call me the unofficial and unpaid brand ambassador of BitComet. Why? because i keep asking them to give BitComet a try and explaining to them how it works.
But, what in the past few years i have noticed is that i manage to convince people to installing the software in their PCs and Laptops but atfer a few weeks most of them, i notice, switch back to uTorrent.
Why so? - Always i get the same answers from them.
Which is :-
“The BitComet software is too complicated”
“The BitComet Software is difficult to use”
“The BitComet Software is a bit confusing”
“The BitComet Software is too clutered”
And when i thought about when, i first gave it a try…i remember, i too found it a little confusing and difficult to understand. Hence I can say that the platform might really be a bit difficult & should be made a little easier. So here you go, thats about it.
Other than that I think it is a very useful and powerful software and has no problems in it at all.
