finished download but files are still .bc

i have multiple r07 / r08 etc but apparently they are .bc files which the net says are not finished downloading bitcomet files, but it has finished any advice?

I would do a manual rehash of the files, as it sounds like this never completed. Its possible that something interupted the process, so it never completed.
