I know nothing about computers, I looked at the Setting guide in BitCommet but it is not the same as the settings guild I have on version 1.28 can anybody explane how to set it up???

The older version does look different, but all the important settings are the same. The guide is long overdue for a facelift though.
You can use the guide and if you find anything specific you don’t understand, you can ask us, or post a screenshot if your not sure how to describe what your looking at (we have a guide for screenshots too), or if you want us to calculate your settings, look at the “READ THIS before posting” topic and reply with all the info (including speedtest results) it asks and one of us will help you.
