I m living in University , bitcomet already blocked by my University Computer Center firewall proxy .
I wan ask got any way to make me connect to bitcomet , means to hack server and make me to acess bitcomet ???

Set the encryption to always. And only use a proxy for tracker communication. Although I’d try socks5 type connection if were you.
Now, I asked if you were in a dorm for a reason. If you are then they have no right to block Bittorrent as it is a legal application.
Probably not, unless you can find another way to download from the site. If they have a related ftp server you can try that, or suggest that the site stop specifying the application type in the response header.
Understand, we’re not talking about bittorrent, not yet. You haven’t got that far. You’re still back at trying to download the torrent so you can load it into BC or whatever. The firewall is blocking anything with an http header specifying that application type.

Yesterday i still can download with download rate 400-500kb and upload 1000-1200kb , but today morning , i search a new movies and try to download torrent , but already blocked by server firewall .
I gonna cry , got anyone have ways to hack server firewall ???

Well…>< Unfortunately I regret to say that we can’t do much about this. It will more or less be related to your server side, and most of the time methods like proxying connections, hiding your IP address, etc won’t help you in the long run.
As most University IT services are restricted and constantly checked by our IT staff, it’s hard to get by. And with torrents, we’re usually looking at around a gig or more every day worth of download bandwidth. Best bet is to rather sign up with a Public ISP rather than your Uni’s internet service.
If you have a friend with a different internet connection, where they can download torrent files, you can ask them to download the torrent, stuff it in a zip archive, and email it to you. Then you can unzip it, load it into BitComet, and see if they’ve also successfully blockec bittorrent itself – something a bit harder to do, particularly if it’s encrypted.
