Have you tried a clean reinstall?

That is, uninstall BitComet (if you still can) then delete the remaining folders (that is Program Files\BitComet and Users%userprofile%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\BitComet or C:\Users%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\BitComet for you) and all BitComet-related registry keys.

Then reinstall it.
