That is not necessarily a fake. A lot of times windows will not display the archive icon for some of the extensions.
You need to open that .nfo file with notepad and read the directions for how to install
When unraring, you only need to unrar the initial file in the sequence and the rest will be automatically extracted.
After that just follow those directions in the .nfo file.
