I just started to use Bit Comet. 
I tried to download movie but my download speed is about 3-10 kbps.
BitComet shows:
Windows XP ICS Status: cannot find working ICS.
Windows XP UPnP Status: device not found!
I think this is the problem but i dont know how to fix it… i also dont have a router, maybe thats why this is not working. What can i do?
are you sure you have configured your settings correctly?

ICS-Internet Connection Shareing. Do you connect to the net through another computer in your house? If not then you can ignore that message.
Windows XP UPnP Status: device not found!
Turn this off.
