it is better to wait for the download to finish completely before you view it. the preview function doesn’t work very well, it almost always gives you errors. if the torrent you are downloading has a sample download it first and watch it.
previewing a partial download is not always possible, and will never work at beginning of download.
I personally don’t use it, but as download progresses, your chances of it working get better.
