hey i have just downloaded what i think is a full game and it is an iso file. i do not know where to go from here eg how to install or play please help

you can burn it to UltraISO
You can either burn the file or you can mount it to a virtual drive. Try mounting it to a virtual drive using Daemon tools, I have a link in my sig.
