?????HELP???????

I have downloaded 2 movies. Neither,however, will play. Everytime I try to load it up it just comes up with, unsupported media file format.

Then when I try to open a sample of WMA format it says it cannot play. pls help :huh:

try the VLC media player as it can play a great number of formats
