I just upgraded to 0.70 today. With the older client i was getting up to 250 k/bs now with 0.70 i get high as 50. THis is making me mad. I changed nothing. Just upgraded
You’ve likely got firewall issues, namely your listen port being blocked.
But wait, you HAD a firewall rule for BitComet, and you only upgraded, not reinstalled, so shouldn’t it still work?
Um, no. Many software firewalls will treat an upgrade as a whole new program they never heard of. So try deleting your old rule and creating a new one with the same parameters
