i have just downloaded some media files that are password protected ( i have the passwords ) but i dont know where to enter them can anyone help pls

we might be able to help you if you provide some details like what files you downloaded.
Well, as much as I hate to assume or guess what you might have, I will say that most passworded files are conpressed archives (.rar).
WinRar will extract these.
you can download winrar from rarlabs (use google to find it)
Suspect
