Hi, Im new to BitComet and I love but I have a question. When I try to purchace VIP Acceleration I get a message that says “INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, LOOKS LIKE WE GOT NO XML DOCUMENT”. I dont know what this is, can anyone help me?
The vip is a remote server-assisted download service that is in beta testing. In theory the fees charged are to pay for the servers and infrastructure needed to make the service work, but it has been having a few very serious problems, so until we hear from development that they are being resolved, I can’t recommend purchasing it. This service isn’t necessary or required to use bitcomet, so I would enjoy the software and give the developers as much time as it takes to get vip working. When all the bugs are worked out it’s going to be outstanding, but I have no idea how long this may take development of free products has to be done when time permits… we all have our “day jobs”, which I’m sure you understand.
