With the lack of information in your post, I’d have to say anyone reading it is even more confused then you are. I suggest you look at the “READ THIS before posting” topic so you know what information we need to help you, then fully describe the problem/s you encountered that you expected VIP to fix (vip is not a solution to problems, its a way to enhance a uses poor upload speed, and optionally a way to download while remaining anonymous).
Please provide all the requested info, even if you don’t feel it applies to you. If you don’t understand any of it, then ask specific questions about what you don’t understand.
