Hello guys and fellow bitCometers. Please provide any helpful hints on how to optimize download speed. I have DSL connection. Also I have a question regarding incomplete files. How can I watch or listen to incomplete audio/video files

First of all you’re posting in the wrong place, so this thread is being moved.
The places where you can find answers to your questions are in the Guides and How-To’s Sections.
I suggest that you thoroughly go through them, as they’re quite detailed.
If you still have problems, then make a new thread in the appropiate place, and provide as much detailed information as possible.

Our settings guides will provide detailed info regarding setting up your client.
As for viewing partial downloaded video, this is sometimes possible, but the more the file is completed, the better the chances you will be sucessful.
I personally don’t like to use this option, as it can be unstable, but many people use it and like it.
