Okay, just a small note, I have a cable modem, not a router.
Before the update of 0.68 of BitComet, I had downloads around 50-70kbs (I have a Lite version) Nowadays, ever since I upgraded, the torrents are way below 10/kbs. I’ve tried basically everything, from changing my number of downloads/uploads, etc. But nothing ever works. Does anyone have a solution?
