How to configure ISA Server for Bitcomet?

Just downloaded Bitcomet v0.73. I have also configured ISA Server so that it can download but Initiation is just local and coz of that speed of downloading is very slow. I am using ISA Server 2006 Enterprise Edition. any body help to configure it?

Edit: I forgot to mention that i am using Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition

Use version 0.70, since anything above that is too buggy for public consumption. Or much of anything else.

I don’t know why you’re doing this, but ISA wasn’t designed to run other apps, so you’re pretty much on your own figuring out how to do this.
