The reason I ask this is that I have 100% of an old ww2 movie and I see an ip address that is trying to download but I am only giving him 1-2 kb/s when I am offering 100+ . I suspect that he/she has their upload limit set too low and as such bitcomet sees him as a “bad customer” I have no problem letting him have it but it is taking forever. Is there a way to send a message to the IP address to try and address the issue?
No, the exchanges are all done by the clients and my guess is they’re already getting all they can handle, probably from many peers so they are unable to take more from you at this time.
Thanks for the info TuuS. guess I will just have to leave it up there for another few weeks. I know it is just this one particular ip address that is slow since others have taken it at high speed
