How to disable task notificaton balloon?

In your latest version v1.29 2011.09.23. I can’t find the option to disable the task notification balloon. Can you tell me how can i disable it?

When a download finishes a balloon pops up at the bottom right that your download has been finished and the average download rate was this. I want to stop this from coming.

It’s probably either the floating window your referring to (view>floating window) or bitcomet tips (options>service>enable popup bitcomet tips).

If it’s neither of these, post a screenshot of it and I’ll tell you how to turn the option off.
