How to Lock Layout Tabs Size?

Hello,

So you know how there are the various layout tabs such as Name, Size, Progress, Down Rate, Time Left, etc? I know that you can customize what you see, and you can also adjust the size and position of each of the tabs. However, whenever I restart my computer, the size gets all shrunk down and I have to readjust all of the sizes again. Is there a way to lock them so that they don't get changed like that?

Have had this same problem for years, both on Win7 and Win10. Very annoying.
