how to resume unfinish downloaded file? (not torrent)

i have unfinished “.bc!” file around 36gb file that i downloaded from http (not torrent) in another pc, i would like to resume it to my laptop.. however when i try to import it says

step 2/2 search corresponding .torrent automatically “not found”

it reads a torrent file. but i want to resume file from http not torrent file.. can someone help me

I’m afraid this cannot be done as http links were never designed to be stopped and restarted, but additions to the protocol have been added to allow a task still active in the server to be stopped and restarted, but a different pc cannot restart a task as it won’t be recognized by the server.
