How do I seed my downloads when they are erased from the downloadlist. I have a whole lot of nice downloads I would like to share. Do I have to Make an Upload or is there a more convinient way??

You must go and find the exact same .torrent that you previously downloaded, and download the .torrent file again. Then you can use that torrent file to seed the content you already have.
This situation is why it’s best to always download a torrent file into a known location on your hard disk instead of opening it directly into BitComet – so that if you happen to need that torrent file again, you will have it instead of trying to remember where you got it and hoping it hasn’t been deleted from wherever that was. Clean up those downloaded torrent files only when you’re absolutely certain you won’t need them again. They’re very small, just a few kilobytes, so you’re not talking about enough disk space to bother with.
It’s not such a good idea to post your undisguised email address on a public forum. It will probably get harvested by spammers.
