I don’t not sure weather it is bug or feature request. I’ve ran into the problem that BC doesn’t accept temporary redirect codes.
It was provided in http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html#sec10.3.8.

I think you should first clarify what you are asking for. I could guess at what you want if I was to make a lot of assumptions, but if you’d like the development team to donate more of their time to add a feature you should first explain why you want it, how it will benefit bitcomet users, and practical examples of where it would be useful to support the case for investing the time required.
If it seems reasonable to me I’ll get it translated into Chinese and submitted to the development team and if they agree they may be willing to make changes.
My best guess is that you’re trying to download http files that are sometimes redirected to mirror locations to balance bandwidth, but I can’t proceed under assumptions, we need facts, not guesses.
