Yes you can. You may need to remove the uTorrent extension .!ut from the file(if it has it) before Bitcomet will recognize it. Open the .torrent file with Bitcomet and then point the download location to wherever the partial download is located. Then choose to “Resume” the torrent and it should pick up where it left off. If it doesnt and tries to start over from the beginning then stop the torrent task and rightclick on it and select Manual Hash Check then restart the task.
