i dawonload the 0/77 BitComt and anything i try to dawonload i have this error

The response means that the tracker doesn’t have any such torrent. It has been deleted and is no longer available. That might be because there was an error in it which has been fixed in another torrent (check the tracker site, look for a forum or comments section for that torrent for any news) or that the torrent violated the tracker’s rules and was removed. Either way, you won’t be able to download that torrent.
You should stick with a stable version of BitComet (currently 0.70) and only upgrade to a later stable version when it appears.
