import old acct info and stats to new acct?

Hey all!,

Im not really new here, I had an account before this one many years ago and I just gave up on logging in to that account I know my user name and apparently used an email account that was closed at that time I had made it to the rank of lt. general, which is why i wish I knew how to import my stats to this new account.

Any input would be great, thanks

Hi MM, please PM me with your username, I’ll check the database for you.

However, the stats of an account cannot be transferred to another one, I can only help you retrieve your old account.

I’m wondering how we can prevent someone from claiming ownership of an account that isn’t their own. If someone forgets their password and the email address isn’t valid, we have no way to prove they are who they claim to be.

I wouldn’t try. I would define this as “unable to prove ownership”, so, sorry but we can’t help you.

He should have the same email address which is used by the account and be sent a re-activation link in the email. That’s the simple way most sites do it.
