i think there should be an option to download files by their torrent order

meaning

still downloading normal

but

lets say the torrent is 100 files? all 1 mega each

instead of

1% torrent being 1% of all

it will be 1 file 100&

get it? or do i need to explain better?

So, basically if a torrent has numerous files within it, i.e. 100 files. You want BitComet to be able to download numberwise

i.e. Downloads 1st file, then 2nd file, etc

If that’s it then set priority for the files.

The thing is the protocol manages the swarm by the pieces not the file. To make it vary simple its rarity of the pieces thats most important. And lets not get started on what if they’re using Super/Initial seed settings.

you can set priority for different files or you can disable and enable some files to get what you want most.
