My connection is 512K.

I download a torrent 334MB, Seed/Peer = 7/45[21/5652]

Download = 8 Upload = 17

My setting:

Global Max Download Rate: = No Limit

Global Max Upload Rate: = 19

Max Simultaneous Download Tasks: = 5

Listen Port: = 6888

Max Connections per task: 50

Max Connections per task: 45

I find it too slow, anyone can help?

Change the listen port.Check if you are connectable. It’s possible that your bittorrent traffic is filtered(ask your ISP for that)

later edit:your full bandwidth is used to download that torrent?
