It shows the green arrow, but it's not downloading

Hey everyone,

I’m having trouble downloading stuff… the torrent shows the green arrow pointing download, which indicates the torrent is downloading, but it says “0KB/s” in the downloading column.. What should i do?? pls help me!!! thanks~!~

Now that I have moved this, look at the .torrent and see if anyone is seeding, or even shareing.
