Take a look at your Peers column, and see if everyone else is at the same percentage as you. If they are, then you’ll probably have to wait until a seeder joins the swarm.
The site where you got the .torrent, did you look for any comments that may have been included along with the information/description (most sites will have this feature and/or have a forum, as well)?
