Joining the Bitcomet Team

Hi everyone.I was really wondering what are the requirements of joining the Bitcomet Team.I am talking about the programing team.The only thing i know for certain is that i must know C++ because bitcomet is programed in this programing language.That is not a problem because i am in my 4’th year in highschool so i have learn the language pretty well.Still i am a little confused on how Bitcomet was even made.What are the other requirements?

The first one is that you must be fluent in Chinese. The second one is that you live there.
