Click on channel button at the top left of the screen. Right click on one of the torrent sites in the list and open.
This will open up a list of downloads that you can choose from. You can have more than one Torrent site open at one time.

Have you adjusted your settings properly?
What version are you using? O/S? Firewall(s)? Antivirus? Router?
Please realize that the staff offer to help you (for free) but, unfortunately can’t read minds.
You have to first help yourself (read the How-To’s and FAQs) and then ask questions (providing as much information as possible).
