Cold is a relative concept… where you are, there’s practically nothing to block the wind… besides, yours is a “dry” coldness.
Where I am (the other side of The Puddle and surrounded by mountains ), however, I also think that it’s rather cold (even though the temperatures never ever reach as far down as yours) but I get a “humid” coldness… Believe me, I’d much rather prefer a dry cold over a humid one, lol.
