Latest 1.75 the installer can’t support installing to a different drive other than 
How can I install it to drive E:?
No Windows app will install all parts of an installation other than to Drive C. Some parts can be moved to other drives, but the main .exe file HAS to be on the Windows drive. That’s just how it is.
While some earlier versions did give an 'option' to install on another drive, it still installed the main parts to C. There was no real advantage in splitting it between two drives.
You can still set up the download folders to another drive (which is really more important than the app files)
