Firstly, my apologies if this is the wrong forum to post the Beta’s “bugs” - I’m not sure where they should go.
This I think may be intentional, but it’s slightly annoying.
Basically, I’m running Windows 7 X64, and I always have UAC off, as it bugs the life out of me. After trying to run the latest beta I get a popup when trying to install saying “Please run this installer with non elevated privileges!”
I assume you guys are trying to get it to install without UAC prompts of some sort, and want this tested. The problem is I cannot stop it running Elevated - Anything I let run will be elevated because UAC is off.
Again, this may be intentional, however I’m sure others will end up having done the same thing as me - UAC off, and no option to run unelevated - thus no way to run Bitcomet without re-enabling UAC.
If anyone knows a way around this I’d love to hear it!
