   If some thing happend to the system after Re - Installing  OS. Give to load previuos Incomplete Files to load from exact last time completed place..

I think if they make BC to save a copy of "C:\Program Files\BitComet\Torrents" folder in your current download folder (D:\Downloads) and “C:\Program Files\BitComet\Downloads.xml” file (I am not sure for this one) it could be added an option to load torrents because everything that is nessesary for continuing the previous torrent task is outside the program folder. This is very good if you want to make a clean install for example.
