I can’t seem to download anything… my file is stuck at 0kb although there are peers and seeds, it is shown on the initiation that there are only local and NAT.. what does this mean? please help. thanks

If you don’t have any remote connections, then something is blocking your listening port, and your download speeds will suffer.
This is usually cause when your router is not forwarding your listening port.
It could also be your firewall blocking it as well.
Portforward.com has guides for forwarding your port for most routers. You should also setup a static IP address, they have guide for that as well.
