My computer froze and I turned it off. The next morning when I opened it again and opened bitcomet all my download tasks were gone. I couldn’t find any backup file either. I’ve tried clicking on the download files that were in progress it couldn’t open the file and the tasks did not reappear after I clicked to open it in bitcomet or it will tell me it cannot open it. Please advise! Thanks!
I can’t find any of the files it says to look for. It’s the .bak file I need right? I don’t see it. I also don’t see a downloads.xml. The torrent history also doesn’t have the last torrent I downloaded. Am I going to have to download each file again manually from the websites? Thanks.
You’re probably not looking in the right location for your windows version and user account settings. If you can’t find the files on your own, then read the link in my signature and include the info that’s missing from your support request and someone will tell you where to look.
