Lost of ranking in the server

My ranking in the server as well as in Bitcomet has been lost. I have no idea what happened as I did nothing but press on the Bitcomet icon to enter it. Once the bitcomet windows pop up, my ID could not seem to connect to the server at all. I tried reconnecting a few times, but it did not work.

I went to the website of CometID to check my status and found that my user information have totally been wiped out, thus making me unable to connect to the server in bitcomet. My email has already been verified, and my status was alright when I checked it two days ago. Now, it is gone.

Can you tell me how this could happen? My bitcomet version is 1.10 and my ranking is staff sergeant.

I tried opening a new account to log into bitcomet, but it did not work. I have even tried reinstalling the programme.

Can someone help me please?

Well, I am facing the same problem as above. Formally my ranking in BitComet is ‘General’ Now it is ‘Recruit’. Is all because of the locking-in

problem. Formally, I lock-in as ‘Teng46’ and now it has change to ‘DTeng’. Not, how do I revert to my original.

My bitcomet will not let me sign in either, it was working fine last night but today it’s not.

Does anyone know the problem???

Yep, there seems to be a problem with the server.

Since the team took a vacation on account of the Chinese National Day, you’ll just have to be patient. When they return, you can sort this out with Lucy’s help.

In the meantime, you should acknowledge that BitComet’s functioning as a BitTorrent client is not affected in any way by this small inconvenience.

Yay! My ranking is back too. And I can finally sign in to the server.
