I had to reboot the computer and when I reloaded BitComet I have lost my title and score, how can I recover this as it took me a long time to get it.

Well…um.. have you tried logging back in? Have you forgotten your password?

Your score &c aren’t stored on your machine. They’re stored on the bitcomet server. To see them in BitComet, you have to log in to CometPassport, otherwise the server “doesn’t know who you are” until you do. When you rebooted you lost the connection to the server.

Just reconnecting BitComet isn’t enough unless you’ve previously told BitComet to sign in to Passport automatically. If you haven’t then you must do it manually.

Hi marchalalto, what was your title before? I have checked the database and it shows you’re a captain.

Yes thanks for that I did log back in, I had forgotten my password and when I changed it I was signed in as new user. Ah well thats life but still able to use BitComet so not all lost.
